Terms of service
A request does not confirm a service or reserve a room, activity slot or vehicle until the team checks the provider and communicates conditions.
Price, inclusions, exclusions, deposit and payment timing are stated in the quote. Payment uses its Wise link when the receiving account is ready. We do not collect card details or issue vouchers automatically.
Full refund conditions
A full refund applies when you request cancellation within 48 hours of booking confirmation AND more than 14 days remain before the trip starts at the time you request cancellation. Both conditions must be met. Exactly 14 days or less does not qualify under this policy.
The 48-hour period starts at booking confirmation, not when you send an enquiry or request a quote. Send your cancellation request and booking reference via WhatsApp or the email on our contact page. The time you send the request applies, not when our team replies. For changes or cases outside this policy, refer to the terms agreed in your quote.
Form dates and times use Thailand local time. Catalog information and images guide service coordination and do not guarantee a specific partner product.
