Know the details before you decide. Jia may drive personally or coordinate a driver. We check the proposed vehicle, documents and insurance scope and share the details before confirmation. Tell us about child seats or accessibility needs.
When plans change
If plans change, contact Jia directly. If a provider cancels, we check alternatives and explain the next steps so you can decide. Service changes and refunds follow the terms agreed before booking.
Clear pricing and payment
One clear quote, coordinated with Jia. Pay the quoted amount through the payment route agreed with Go Visit Thai North. If anyone asks for an extra payment for an included item, contact Jia before paying. Agree the price of any additional service first.
Agreed before you confirm
Review your route, providers, inclusions, exclusions, payment total and change or cancellation terms before confirming. Sending a request does not confirm a booking.

A full refund applies when you request cancellation within 48 hours of booking confirmation AND more than 14 days remain before the trip starts at the time you request cancellation. Both conditions must be met. Exactly 14 days or less does not qualify under this policy.
