What do I need to request a quote?
Send your dates, number of adults and children, hotel and preferred places or services. The team will check availability and send a quote before confirmation.
When are prices and bookings confirmed?
Base prices are in USD; other currencies are estimates. Your quote states the payment amount, inclusions, exclusions and terms before you decide. Sending a request does not confirm a booking.
Who plans and coordinates my trip?
Jia plans and coordinates the trip. Before confirmation, we agree who provides each service. If another provider is needed, availability and details will be checked and shared before booking.
No additional or hidden costs from Jia’s side beyond the agreed quote.

Full refund conditions
A full refund applies when you request cancellation within 48 hours of booking confirmation AND more than 14 days remain before the trip starts at the time you request cancellation. Both conditions must be met. Exactly 14 days or less does not qualify under this policy.
