Frequently asked questions
Does submitting a request confirm my booking?
No. We check availability, prices and provider conditions, then send a quote for you to review.
When will I see the price and payment details?
The quote lists the price, inclusions, exclusions, deposit and cancellation terms. When the receiving account is ready, the team supplies a Wise payment link.
Can I request several services together?
Yes. Add stays, golf, tours, spa and other services to your trip, then submit together. Conditions and confirmation times may differ.
