Before paying a trip deposit: your booking checklist

What your proposal should contain
Check dates, guests, pickup, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, currency, deposit and balance deadline. Submitting a quote request is not a confirmed reservation.
Check the payment recipient
Use the payment route confirmed with Jia in your proposal. Check the recipient and booking reference before transferring. Keep the quote and receipt; do not send full card details or secret codes in messages.
Agree on cancellation terms
Date changes, refunds and supplier fees depend on your agreed proposal. Obtain written terms before paying and wait for Jia to confirm receipt and the reservation.

Share dates, guest count, hotel and priorities for a plan and quote based on your actual requirements.
