The core service is coordination, not a guarantee of an authority’s decision. Legal, visa or other specialist work requires an appropriately qualified provider and separately agreed fees.

Jia 负责规划和协调。确认前，我们会约定每项服务的提供者。如需其他供应商，会在预订前确认供应情况并告知详情。
除双方同意的报价外，Jia 不收取额外或隐藏费用。
在预订确认后48小时内申请取消，且申请取消时距离行程开始超过14天，可获全额退款。必须同时满足这两个条件。正好14天或不足14天不符合本政策。
