Can beginners request a Buddhist meditation retreat?

Share your experience, preferred duration and language so Jia can coordinate a suitable format with the venue. Confirm the instructor, schedule, rules and accommodation before deciding.

What is included in a meditation retreat quotation?

Ask for an itemised breakdown of transport, accommodation, meals, instruction and any venue fees or donations. Nothing should be assumed included unless stated in the confirmed proposal.
