Confirmation & payment

After your request, Jia checks dates, vehicles, activities and pricing, then sends a quote for your review. A booking is confirmed only after the agreed confirmation steps are completed.

Answers before you plan and book

Does the elephant program include riding?

The program offered here has no elephant riding. Allow about three hours for learning about care, preparing food with staff and observing elephants. The venue and exact activities are confirmed before booking.

Does the elephant activity price include transfers?

The starting activity price is per person for approximately three hours. Private transfers are quoted separately. Send your hotel, adult and child counts and date for the total before paying.

पूर्ण धनवापसी की शर्तें

पूर्ण धनवापसी के लिए बुकिंग की पुष्टि के 48 घंटे के भीतर रद्द करने का अनुरोध करना होगा और अनुरोध के समय यात्रा शुरू होने में 14 दिन से अधिक शेष होने चाहिए। दोनों शर्तें पूरी होनी चाहिए। ठीक 14 दिन या उससे कम होने पर यह नीति लागू नहीं होती।
